Mangrove Jack’s M12 is a seriously fun yeast for brewers who want fast fermentation, huge flexibility and crisp clean beers without stressing too much about temperature control. Based on traditional Norwegian Voss Kveik cultures, this powerhouse strain ferments happily at blazing-hot temperatures while still delivering smooth drinkable beers with subtle citrus character.
- Suitable For: Norwegian Farmhouse Ale, Pale Ale, IPA and other modern ale styles

- Suggested Pitch Rate: 1 sachet direct to up to 23L of wort
- Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 20°C to 40°C (best results at 30°C to 40°C)
- Safe Storage: Store unopen packs cold and dry in the fridge for best performance. Once opened, reseal tightly and keep refrigerated. Avoid exposure to heat, moisture and direct sunlight.

Any Damaged or Missing Items from your order must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your item is Oversized or More Than 25kg you may be contacted for an additional freight charge to be calculated upon picking of order.

To ensure successful delivery make sure there is some one Present at the Delivery Address during business hours.
Delivery times are normally 1-2 days to the North Island and 2-5 days to the South island once dispatched. Rural delivery can take an extra day longer.
