Shipping Policy & Pickup Information
We do our best to get orders packed up and out the door as quickly as possible. Because our online stock levels are shared across all three stores, availability can occasionally change due to in-store sales — especially on popular items.
If something in your order isn’t available right away, we’ll either:
- contact you to arrange an alternative option, or
- process a refund back to your original payment method.
Shipping Around New Zealand
We currently ship to New Zealand addresses only.
At this stage, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Some orders may need stock transferred between stores before dispatch. This usually takes no longer than a week, but we’ll always do our best to get things moving as quickly as possible.
We use CourierPost for most deliveries, although freight providers and pricing may change from time to time.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- North Island: 1–2 working days
- South Island: 2–5 working days
- Rural addresses: Please allow an extra working day
For the smoothest delivery experience, we recommend having someone available at the delivery address during business hours where possible.
Large & Heavy Items
If your order contains oversized items or products over 25kg, additional freight charges may apply. If that’s the case, we’ll get in touch before shipping to confirm any extra costs.
Click & Collect Orders
Some products may appear as available for pickup online, but stock levels can change quickly between stores. In some cases, quantities in your cart may need adjusting depending on the pickup location selected.
Pickup orders are only confirmed once our team has checked and prepared the order at your chosen store. Please wait until you’ve been contacted by staff before coming in to collect.
For security reasons, photo ID matching the name on the order must be shown at pickup. We’re unable to change the name on orders once they’ve been placed, so please double-check your details before checking out.
Missing, Damaged or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of purchase, please get in touch with us.
Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order so we can help sort things out promptly.
