Refund policy
We do our best to keep online stock levels accurate, however availability can occasionally vary due to in-store sales across our locations.
If an item in your order is unavailable or cannot be supplied promptly, we’ll either:
- contact you to arrange an alternative option, or
- process a refund back to your original payment method.
Damaged, Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or hasn’t arrived within 7 days of purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help sort things out promptly.
Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Change Of Mind Returns
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
In some cases, change of mind returns may be approved for store credit at our discretion, provided the item is:
- unused,
- in original condition, and
- returned with proof of purchase.
