Take everything you love about Amarillo and turn it up a notch. Amarillo Cryo Hops® use advanced cryogenic processing to concentrate the hop's essential oils and resins into a highly potent pellet, delivering approximately 40–50% more hop potency than traditional T90 hop pellets by weight. The result is bigger flavour, bigger aroma and less vegetal matter in your brew—perfect for brewers chasing bold hop character.
Flavour Profile: Orange, grapefruit, lemon, melon, apricot and peach.
Best For: IPAs, Pale Ales, ESBs, Wheat Beers and other hop-forward styles.

Brewing Tip:
For maximum aroma, use Cryo Hops® in late kettle additions, whirlpool or dry hopping. As a general guide, use approximately 50% of the equivalent T90 pellet weight when substituting.
Storage:
For best results, keep Cryo Hops® vacuum sealed and stored in the freezer. Protect from oxygen, heat and light to preserve their intense flavour and aroma.

If goods are Not Received within 7 days of purchase, contact us.
Any Damaged or Missing Items from your order must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your item is Oversized or More Than 25kg you may be contacted for an additional freight charge to be calculated upon picking of order.
We use Courier Post as our freight provider. Prices and providers are subject to change without prior notice.
To ensure successful delivery make sure there is some one Present at the Delivery Address during business hours.
Delivery times are normally 1-2 days to the North Island and 2-5 days to the South island once dispatched. Rural delivery can take an extra day longer.
