Still Spirits Heat Turbo Yeast 141g is specially designed for fermenting sugar washes in hot conditions, making it the go-to choice when ambient temperatures climb above 33°C. It delivers reliable fermentation and good distillate quality when other yeasts may struggle with the heat — and it’s also the only Still Spirits Turbo Yeast recommended for stacking larger batches.

Directions
- Clean and sanitise all equipment before use.
- Prepare your water, ensuring you have 21L at the correct starting temperature as indicated on the back of the sachet.
- Add your sugar & stir until completely dissolved.
- Add full contents of the Still Spirits Heat Turbo Yeast sachet along with Turbo Carbon.
- Allow to ferment according to recommended temperature & fermentation time.

To ensure successful delivery make sure there is some one Present at the Delivery Address during business hours.
Delivery times are normally 1-2 days to the North Island and 2-5 days to the South island once dispatched. Rural delivery can take an extra day longer.
