For best results, use this kit with the Mad Millie Cheesemaker (under equipment on online store).Feta- approx 800g/batch,Halloumi- approx 600g/batch,Cream cheese- approx 400g/batch,Cottage Cheese- approx 300g/batch,Quark- approx 300g/batchKit Includes: Cheese Cloth, Cheese Salt, Square Feta Moulds (2), Steriliser, Mesophillic Starter Culture (MW3), Vegetarian Rennet Tablets (10), Stainless Steel Thermometer, Cheese Mat, Calcium Chloride, Pipette, Culture and Enzyme Measuring Spoons.The mesophilic culture is shelf stable for 8 months at temperatures under 25 degrees celcius. However, we suggest storing cultures in the freezer when you get them in order to prolong the life of the culture. We will only deliver to a New Zealand address at this point in time. We don’t deliver to PO Boxes.

Any damaged or missing item from your order must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving your order.

To ensure successful delivery make sure there is some one present at the delivery address during business hours.
Delivery is normally 1-2 days to the North Island and 2-3 days to the South island.
Rural delivery can take an extra day longer. If we cannot provide you promptly with goods ordered we will contact you and advise you on delivery time.
