A very juicy IPA. The hops are aromatic and not overpowering, The scent of this beer is pure bliss and the flavour is just as amazing. If you're a hop head you may not be too happy with it, the beer isn't as hop forward as a usual triple IPA.
It's a smooth pour with not much head or lacing, but as smooth and delicious as a beer gets. Lots of citrus notes as you drink

INGREDIENTS
4.9 American Ale Malt
3.4kg Big O
500g Gladiator
500g Wheat
500g Lactose
14g Nugget
196g Citra
196g Motueka
1x Lallemand New England IPA
METHOD
1. Mash at 67C for 60 minutes with 17.5 L of water. Mash out at 75C 10 mins.
2. Sparge 3L at 75C and boil for 60 mins.
3. At 60minutes add 14g Nugget to the boil
4. At 10 minutes add 500g Lactose, 28g Citra, 28g Motueka and 28g Simcoe to the boil
5. Raise temp to 82 o c and whirlpool/steep for 30minutes, add in 56g Citra, 56g Motueka and 56gSimcoe
6. Cool rapidly and transfer to your sanitised fermenter
7. When the wort is between 15-22 o c pitch yeast.
8. After 5 days add the remaining hops (dry hop) to the fermenter. When the FG is stable drop the temperature down to 10C (if possible) for the last 4 days
9. Transfer beer into another fermenter (if kegging otherwise skip to next step if bottling) and transfer into a fridge at 1C for 3-5 days and adding your finings agent to drop the sediment out
10. Keg or bottle as usual.

If your item is Oversized or More Than 25kg you may be contacted for an additional freight charge to be calculated upon picking of order.

To ensure successful delivery make sure there is some one Present at the Delivery Address during business hours.
Delivery times are normally 1-2 days to the North Island and 2-5 days to the South island once dispatched. Rural delivery can take an extra day longer.
