Cream Ales, spawned from the American light lager style, are brewed as an ale though are sometimes finished with a lager yeast or lager beer mixed in.
Adjuncts such as corn or rice are used to lighten the body. It is no uncommon for smaller craft brewers to brew all malt Cream Ales. Pale straw to pale gold colour. Low hop bittering and some hop aroma though some micros have given the style more of a hop character. Well carbonated and well attenuated.

Ingredients:
3.9kg Pale Ale
400g Carabelge
400g Dextrose
28g of Hallertau Traditional hops
2x M44 U.S. West Coast Yeast
Method:
1. Mash at @ 65C (17L with Grainfather
)2. Rest 60 mins
3. Raise mash temp to mash out at 76C
4. Recirculate 15 - 20 mins
5. Sparge with (12L of water @ 80 C)
6. Boil 75 mins
7. Add 10g Hallertau hops at 60 mins left
8. Add 18g Hallertau hops and dextrose at 5 mins left
9. Whirlpool for 20 mins
10. Ferment between 18-23 degrees for 7-10 days with the 2x M44 U.S West Coast Yeast11. Bottle or Keg as usual

If goods are Not Received within 7 days of purchase, contact us.
Any Damaged or Missing Items from your order must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your item is Oversized or More Than 25kg you may be contacted for an additional freight charge to be calculated upon picking of order.
We use Courier Post as our freight provider. Prices and providers are subject to change without prior notice.
To ensure successful delivery make sure there is some one Present at the Delivery Address during business hours.
Delivery times are normally 1-2 days to the North Island and 2-5 days to the South island once dispatched. Rural delivery can take an extra day longer.
