WilliamsWarn Apple Cider KitThis kit makes a pleasant and appealing Apple Cider. Our kit is made from the highest quality with 100% NZ Grown Apples (50% Gala, 25% Braeburn and 25% Jazz) and the result is a clean and crisp cider. The apple flavours are light and pleasant and the overall taste is refreshing.The yeast under the one lid is a 11g pack of Fermentis S-04 yeast.There is also a 10g Yeast nutrient to assist the yeast in fermenting the juice. Add it to the must and stir in before adding the yeast.This pouch should be made up to 23 litres of juice (5 Imperial gal/6 US gal) by adding water, which should then be pitched with the yeast after rehydration in water.Original Gravity: 1.042. Ferment until Final Gravity is 1.010 which should be on Day 4 and put the cooling on to allow for some residual sweetness. Alcohol will be 4.20%.Alternatively allow the yeast to ferment further for a few more days and it will stop at about 1.007 and the cider will be 4.59% alcohol by volume.Ferment at 23?C.Make 23L

Photo ID Of Person Who's Name is On The Order Must Be Presented to staff when picking up and must match name on order. We do not accept name changes of orders once placed so please make sure you are filling in the correct details.
If goods are Not Received within 7 days of purchase, contact us.
Any Damaged or Missing Items from your order must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your item is Oversized or More Than 25kg you may be contacted for an additional freight charge to be calculated upon picking of order.
We use Courier Post as our freight provider. Prices and providers are subject to change without prior notice.
To ensure successful delivery make sure there is some one Present at the Delivery Address during business hours.
Delivery times are normally 1-2 days to the North Island and 2-5 days to the South island once dispatched. Rural delivery can take an extra day longer.
